Explore my collection of fine art photography prints featuring forests, rivers, and waterfalls from Western Canada and beyond. From the towering old-growth forests of British Columbia to the redwoods of California, from quiet mountain streams to powerful waterfalls, these landscapes offer some of my favourite opportunities for intimate landscape photography. I love the combination of texture, movement, atmosphere, and light found in these environments, whether I’m working among massive trees, following a river through the mountains, or waiting for the right light to transform a waterfall. This collection brings together photographs from some of the most beautiful forests and waterways I’ve had the opportunity to explore.

While mountains tend to dominate the landscape photography conversation, I’ve always been drawn to the quieter and more intimate scenes found in forests and around rivers and waterfalls. Some of my favourite photographs have come from simply slowing down and looking at what’s happening within a landscape rather than trying to capture the biggest view possible. From the moss-covered forests of the Pacific Northwest to rushing mountain rivers and dramatic waterfalls, these places offer incredible opportunities when the light and conditions come together. I’ve photographed these landscapes throughout Western Canada and, more recently, during travels along the US West Coast.
