In this landscape photography Photoshop tutorial, you will learn how to transform an image that lacks visual impact, into something that will stop your viewer in their tracks. Learn to create powerful imagery by using Photoshop tools like focus stacking, creative warping, dodging and burning using luminosity masks, light bleeds, Orton effect, shaping light, and colour theory. In this video tutorial, I cover my entire landscape astrophotography post-processing workflow. Beginning with coverage of my basic Lightroom CC astrophotography processing workflow. From there, learn how to focus stack using Photoshop CC. Once you’ve mastered that, gain an understanding of different astrophotography blending techniques for clean photos with seamless colours and tones. Finally, I go through the artistic finishing touches I use on my night photography. These would include: dodging and burning, my unique nebulosity boosting technique that will never be available on YouTube, star size reduction, and much more.

This is an intermediate level landscape astrophotography video workshop. In it, I cover my basic Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC landscape astrophotography post-processing workflow. I’ll show you how to stack your night photos for noise reduction and help you master different blending techniques for cleaner night photography. Then, learn to use curves in Photoshop CC to remove light pollution in your night photography. Last, I’ll walk through a few of the artistic things I do to make my images pop naturally.
